Welcome to my blog. I have many hats, as do most people I know. I am a wife, daughter, sister, and friend to some very wonderful people. I am the author of Stop the Stress Habit: change your perceptions and improve your health. I am also a physical therapist. I am certified in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP). And, I am an avid exerciser: practicing Shaolin Kenpo Karate, bicycling (road & mountain), hiking, occasionally a gym rat, and I even get out on the golf course every once in a great while. (Golfing seems to happen more on vacations than when I am at home). Overall, I try to live a healthy life to improve my odds of aging gracefully. I created this blog to share my journey as I contemplate life and strive to live to my fullest potential in mind, body, and soul. We journey together and sharing our lives with one another connects us, reminding us of the One that we are.
